Invitational Competitions

Schools must submit their Marching Band Declaration Form and Copyright Compliance Form to be eligible to participate in ABODA Invitational Competitions. Deadline: August 21, 2024

 

Registration Deadline: August 21, 2024

Registration Fee: $275.00 per event

Late Registration Fee: $200.00 plus the cost of registration. Late registration must be approved by the Executive Director. Acceptance is not guaranteed.

Payment Information: Make Checks/Purchase Orders payable to ABODA or Arizona Band and Orchestra Directors Association. Credit card payments are accepted by emailing the Executive Director for a payment link. All credit card transactions will have an added 3.5% service charge.

By submitting this form you confirm

your agreement of the following:

 
1.

I understand that a registration submitted after the deadline will be assessed an additional late fee of $200.00 per event date. Late registrations will only be accepted if there is space available in the schedule for the requested date(s).

2.

I understand that by registering I am obligate to pay the $275.00 per event fee whether we perform or not.

3.

I understand that my band will be scheduled in a division based on the information provided on the ABODA Marching Band Competition Declaration Form.

4.

I understand that if I do not complete the Copyright Compliance Form and submit with all documented approval for my show, my band will not be allowed to perform at an ABODA event until such proof has been submitted to the Executive Director. I understand that I as a professional music educator am expected to abide by all federal copyright laws.

5.

I understand that no personal checks are accepted. Payment must be made by the school, district, or booster check, money order, purchase order, or credit card. I understand that if I pay by credit card, there will be an added 3.5% service charge.
